Do I need to write instructions?
No. By default, every photo gets enhanced, and empty rooms get virtually staged (always labeled). If you want something specific, one line in your email is enough: “don’t stage the garage,” “modern farmhouse style,” “photo 12 — remove the moving boxes.”
Is virtual staging allowed on the MLS?
Yes, when clearly labeled. Every staged image is labeled “Virtually Staged” to meet MLS disclosure requirements and NAR Code of Ethics Article 12.
What if I don’t like the result?
Unlimited free revisions. Send your notes and we’ll deliver the corrected images within 24 hours.
Do my agents need to learn new software?
No. Agents shoot as usual. Your office manager or marketing team just shares a folder with us.
